The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full by June 1, 2026.
This deposit reserves your place in this limited, small-group experience. Due to the retreat's curated nature, all deposits are non-refundable.

This Men’s MTB Weekend is a 4-day mountain bike experience built around Bentonville Bike Fest.
You’ll ride some of Northwest Arkansas’ most iconic trail systems, including Slaughter Pen Trails, Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, Back 40, and Little Sugar, all with ride-in/ride-out access from our trailside basecamp at Campfire Ranch Little Sugar.
You’ll also get VIP access to Bike Fest, so you can experience one of the biggest weekends in mountain biking without worrying about parking, traffic, logistics, or schedules.

I would suggest breathable shirts, riding shorts, riding socks, riding shoes, sunglasss or riding glasses, small saddle bag or riding pack, Muti-tool and spare tube, helmet, riding gloves, mountain bike.

Two of the rooms are shared so if you are coming with a friend, let me know. Otherwise, you will have your own room. Each room has it’s own bathroom.
