Hills & Handlebars

A small-group mountain bike retreat in Bentonville & Bella Vista, AR. During Bike Fest Weekend & the Grand Opening of OZ Trails Bike Park

World-class Trails and Real Connection.

What is H&H?

Join us for the inaugural Hills & Handlebars Retreat. A private, curated four-day mountain biking experience set during Bike Fest week in Northwest Arkansas.

This is an intentionally small group of riders who value great trails, meaningful connections, and elevated experiences. Over four days, you’ll ride some of the most iconic trail systems in the country, including Slaughter Pen, Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, Back 40, and the Little Sugar Trail system. All with seamless access from our private Basecamp at Campfire Ranch–Little Sugar, located in Bella Vista, AR, just minutes from the new OZ Trails Bike Park.

You’ll experience Bentonville Bike Fest with VIP access, giving you a front-row seat to one of the most exciting weekends in mountain biking without the hassle of navigating it on your own. Throughout the weekend, everything is thoughtfully handled from ride planning to catered meals to the overall flow of the experience, so you can stay fully present and focused on the ride. No logistics. No guesswork. No noise.

Accommodations are shared, adding to the connection and community of the weekend. If you’re not attending with a friend, you’ll be paired with another rider in a shared room and bathroom (separate beds).

This is not a race, a clinic, or a conference. It’s a gathering of like-minded riders who want an elevated weekend built around doing what they love.

Designed for intermediate to advanced riders, this experience is best suited for those comfortable riding varied terrain and ready to enjoy everything the weekend fully has to offer.

It’s a chance to ride hard, slow down, and reconnect with the trail and with each other.

Hills are the challenge.
Handlebars are the connection.

Ride. Connect. Explore.

Rooms

Rest well. Ride better.
Comfortable, thoughtfully designed spaces to recharge for the next day’s ride.

After a full day on the trails, retreat to comfortable, thoughtfully designed rooms that blend rustic warmth with modern comfort. Each room offers a quiet place to rest, recharge, and get ready for another day of riding. Wake up surrounded by the Ozark hills and step right back into the adventure.

If you’re not attending with a friend, you’ll be paired with another rider in a shared room and bathroom (separate beds). An easy way to connect with someone new and be part of the experience.

Accommodations

Where you stay is part of the story.
Thoughtfully designed for connection, comfort, and seamless access to the best riding in Northwest Arkansas.

Your basecamp for the weekend is Campfire Ranch Little Sugar in Bella Vista, a trailside retreat designed with riders in mind.

Roll straight onto Tunnel Vision, connecting seamlessly to the Little Sugar trail system, the Razorback Greenway, and the new OZ Trails Bike Park just down the trail.

Back at camp, spacious gathering areas, cozy lounges, and scenic outdoor spaces create the perfect place to unwind.

Accommodations are shared, designed to foster connection, community, and the kind of camaraderie that makes this weekend more than just a ride.

Ride. Relax. Repeat.

Recovery is part of the ride.
Unwind, recharge, and settle into the rhythm of the weekend.

After a long ride, recovery starts right here at the ranch. Unwind in the sauna, cool off in the cold plunge, or relax on the oversized patio overlooking the Ozark hills. Whether you're swapping trail stories around the fire pit or taking in the quiet views, this is where your body resets and the best moments of the day settle in.

Catered meals are provided throughout the weekend so you can spend less time planning and more time resting, recharging, and enjoying the experience.
